Welcome to Mile high Stadium. Before you go to some Bronco's Games you can do some geocaching. This is a regular geocache near Mile High Stadium. The geocache is not a Stadium property. Please do not go searching for the geocache there. During games you will have to approch carefully as there will be lots of Muggles arround.

I've been wanting to do this one for a while, because I have a travel bug that I need to put in the closest cache to Mile High Stadium. This is the only non-micro within a mile of the stadium. Was leery of having to deal with squatter, which is a fairly common problem, as geocachers and the homeless tend to favor the same areas. Finally decided today was the day and I pulled into the little parking lot off I-25. There were no squatters, so I had the luxury of a thorough search, but no joy.

No joy. Camper is still there and was doing laundry. I did not want to intrude. So many other options for GZ...but as long as it remains down under I will not return. Happy Geocaching!

TFTC! Did with our friends from Casper. They took the trackable and left a nice pen. Trackable will go to Wyoming. Oh and the resident is still there and doesn’t seem to mind cachers.

The temporary resident may be permanent, he is still here, hope he’s not dead! I didn’t seem to bother him. Found while visiting Denver on first visit to Colorado. Had to check out Mile High Stadium! TFTC

[FTF] 7:03 pm. First a compliment- every one of your caches that I've found have been quality, well done caches! This one is no different. Great, nice sized cache, well constructed and placed. What more needs to be said? A few things, really. Great swag and FTF prize!! This was well worth the very short walk to the cache, followed by a James Bond maneuver. I arrived to find a muggle taking up temporary residence nearby. I turned to leave and thought... I'll look around a little while he slumbers. That was enough to find the cache. Retrieving it without awaking my road weary friend was the next issue. But I devised a stealthy plan that worked well enough for me to make the grab without even a muscle twitch from my sleepy pal. Took the container back to my geo-mobile to sign the log and inspect the bounty. Swapped TBs and then made the stealthy replacement. Loved every part of this one! Tftc!!
