By a roadside railing next to a road, though no parking nearby. Most easily accessed on foot.

I did not need the hint, My mom saw the cache. I had trouble seeing the cache. The coords took us right to the location which never usually happens. It usually doesn’t happen when I go caching!1st time it happened to me! Came right from Overbrook! TFTH + TFTC!! A park and sign. It was a great cache!! 17th in area! 20th find total!!!
