We headed out on a mini caching adventure to clean-up the recently published caches in the area. We started in Thornton and then headed to Brighton and back to Broomfield. I don't know what was going on today, we came across 3 vehicle accidents the first was on 104th and Federal the second accident we came across was Highway 7 on the bridge going west where you turn onto I-25 to go south and the last accident was at 120th and Federal as we were headed back home. WOW! Made the short walk to GZ, luckily I found this cache as the parking lot was filling up with cars waiting for school to let out. Very nice hide and camo, SL,TFTC

Met up with my best friend GanderGoose this morning for a short caching run south and west of Brighton. Had a couple DNF's along the way so GG decided we'd come to Benedict Park to see if we could end our day on a happy note. Took a little looken but we were both rewarded with sunny happy faces in the end and the honor of being STF. After signing the log, we headed for a nearby picnic table to have our usual picnic lunch and reflect on our excursion. TFTC Rylankkkk183.

After a morning of caching with my fantastic buddy, mooseyaround, we came to Benedict Park for a picnic and to find your cache. mooseyaround is my secret weapon because she is awesome at finding caches. She did find this one. We were STF for the cache. I was happy to get rid of that frowny face on my caching map. Thanks for the placement, Rylankkkk183!

[FTF} at 12:25pm. A bit worried since there was already a DNF but it was so close we had to give it a try. And there is another cache in the same park that we are still looking for so we could look for that one also (did not have any luck). Made our way to GZ and began our search. Turned over many pieces of wood and stone but finally we were signing the blank log. Thanks for the new cache. Now if we could just find that other one .........
