A short drive, about seven miles out of DeBeque, brings you to the parking location listed below. The road can be difficult when muddy but is usually in fair to good condition with not much altitude change.
High or low - which way should I go?, that's what you'll ask yourself when your feet hit the ground. The wrong choice could extend your time at this cache but what ever way you choose you'll have your ups and downs. The hike to the cache is less than a quarter of a mile but you may cover more ground before you get your hands on this ammo can. Happy Trails!

Dared to do a Darr....this is my Mother's Day event every year with my two sons. Took both high and low and both can come and go. Tough clamber over ravines & boulders. Got the ICU tb!

Well well, Darr has created a doozzee, but I being the surviver that I is, (almost thought twice that I wasn't), found this elusive cache, As i assertained the value of the attack, I decided this is a Darr cache, One can not be to sneaky, So I reevaluated by decent upon the DeBeque-Rocks, First realizing that the creek bed was a no no, unless you have a rope and rock climbing equipment. I must congratulate Darr, as I only punchered one limb, it wasn't severe, and a little water and a band aid and I was almost ready for another cache. Great day. TFTC it was good Darr. Left a bug for the next hardy soul. RRJ2yF I.C.U bug.
