COME AND SIT A SPELL - BENCHES BY A FOUNTAIN This is one a series of 13 caches highlighting Boy Scout Eagle Projects around Delta, Colorado.  Note that two of the projects are found on Waymarking.com since they do not include actual caches.
These benches were built in 2008 by a scout from troop 486.  Two of the benches were placed at the Senior Center several years ago.  Two of the benches were in the cemetery but just this summer (2012) they were moved to the little plaza just behind the Chamber of Commerce building along with another bench that has been in storage since 2008. The cache is a green micro capsule so bring tweezers. The cache is not actually at the plaza. Once you spot the fountain plaza you will need to head west for a bit. If you have to cross Palmer street then you have gone too far. It is well within sight of the plaza. The coordinates bounce around. Obviously, be careful of muggles!

Yeah! I hadn't bothered with this one after so many DNFs, but thanks to the maintenance note, I knew it was up and running now. Made the grab after a long day of PSAT testing and accoutrements. TFTC.

We originally found this near 5 yrs ago, then adopted recently. Stopped by prepared to replace container and . . . . Laid hands on original in under 45 seconds, without even using map or GPS! Good to go
