Out this afternoon checking on two of my caches in this part of DMP, and wondered off on this side trail.

I wondered up to the top of the hill and had lunch then took this side trail thinking I'd take it back to my truck. Well it would have taken me back but it would have added on about 4 hours, and gone through some neighborhoods I think. So, I stopped here to figure out where I was exactly, take a swig of water in the shade and placed a cache in commemoration of it all.

Cache is large enough for some trades and TBs, has a log but you need to bring your own writing stick.

Last find of the four in this park. Had never been here before. It was very quiet today for an escape from Denver. I assume everyone is off watching the Broncos.

Found today with the dog - his actual first find on his own! (Although he does have a habit of looking in places that'd be great for a cache, so it might have just been chance that he found it ;)) TFTC!

Love this very special park. It is close to home and feels like it is miles away from anywhere. Grabbed the dog and went for a little hike and found this one. Thanks for the cache.
