Arapahoe County Open Space has opened a new pocket park near Florida Avenue and Parker Road.  It is just off the Highline Canal and will be a great place for a geocaching event.....SOMEDAY!  NOTE:  As of 8/16/20 if you look at Google Maps, this shows as  an undeveloped area.  But, in reality, it is a lovely, family friendly park with a small pavillion, other amenities and a bridge to the Highline Canal.

Decided to grab a couple in the same area before grabbing lunch. When I got here the "park Bubbas" were turning the sprinklers on so I went over and got the other one first. Came back and made the quick find. Give it a fav (why not). TFTC!

This one is not far from my home base, and I wanted to go for a walk, so headed out early (just at sunrise) to try to beat the heat - managed to get this one (and its nearby cousin) before things got too toasty. TN-LN-SL. Thanks !

I wood love to to visit Long's Pine Grove Park! In fact, I've been eyeing this location while it was still under construction, but I snoozed and 'loozed'. I saw this publish and decided if it was still unfound in the morning, I wood go for this one. After pushing the snooze button a few too many times, I checked and FTF was still unclaimed. After changing and getting ready to leave the house, I then loaded up the driving directions... only to discover a found it log! Oh well, I was already in the car and I've been meaning to check out this park anyway. There is a water bottle that a muggle left behind near GZ, and this one nearly stumped me until I spotted it with careful observation. tft , SL
