Years ago I had the pleasure of visiting this location to find Jake's Cache, an earlier version of starnsun's Perch placed in honor of their son. I recall that it took me quite a while to reel that cache in. The GPS signal in the canyon at this location plays considerable tricks that can dramatically extend search time. I recall making lots of circles that morning. So when I pulled up and parked this morning in the vicinity I told my puppies Orizaba and Chimborazo not to worry--that I'd be back to the car shortly. And I was. Once I got to the general area where I expected this new cache would be, my mind quickly recalled the details of Jake's Cache, and I had the container in hand quickly.
Thanks for this nice reprise of a cache I have always recalled fondly, starnsun!

I so wanted to be STF (second to find)! I crawled, climbed, scoured this area to no avail. Maybe I should enroll in remedial geocaching. But the diversion was great. Thanks!

I was heading down to Loveland this morning when I saw this one pop up. It took a bit of searching (the GPS was useless in those rocks), and I was about to give up, but then I thought to check one more place. Thanks for a fun cache on my way to town!
