We had to drop my car off at Toyota to get a recall done on it and while that was happening we headed out to go grab some more of these puzzle caches. SL,TFTC

Finally solved the puzzle after a helpful nudge. Coordinates have to be right, did not see a container after searching quite a while. Busy location. Left a replacement container in a non-tricky spot, might have missed something but it has been a long time since the last find. Two chances for the next finder if I'm wrong. TFTC

Cache found quickly, however I could not sign it. The logbook was completely in water that was in the bag. Too cold to dry it there and unfortunately I had nothing to replace it. So maintenance is definitely needed here. TFT puzzle.
