Reality is that we are here driving with our daughter back to college and had some time waiting for the dorms to open to grab some caches. Back to Dallas this afternoon.

In the area for a chocolately drink. Had this on my solved list and finally made the find. TFTC! All is well with this cache.

I had a little extra time this morning and decided to grab a few caches I've had my eye on. This one is double duty - a puzzle I solved and it fills in a square on my Jasmer grid. I parked in the larger lot nearby and walked over to the cache. I managed to make the find pretty quickly. Then as I was opening the cache I looked up and saw someone sleeping about 12 feet away. Whoops! I signed the log as quickly and quietly as I could. I snuck off before he had time to wake up. Thanks for the cache! Find #2764.

Out celebrating a late Solstice with T&A137. We teamed up today to get some caches and enjoy one another's company while others were headed to family gatherings.

Thanks, mondou2! I have been putting off puzzles the past few years while waiting for retirement. This one is in good shape, and it gets a favorite point from me. I was out this cold morning finding a few caches. Most of my finds were caches placed between when I left at the beginning of August and this week, when we came back to the area. I have a lot of work to do in the next week to clear my map around our home location in Arvada. I retired a couple weeks ago from Texas A&M International University (tamiu), and we are preparing our Laredo, Texas home for sale so we can be here permanently starting sometime in March.
