This series is to bring back the Lost Art of Benchmarking.

I finally found a great use for Micro caches. This series will be placed around already discovered benchmarks for you to discover (and log) as well.

This way, you can not only log a micro-cache but also a benchmark. Its a two-for-one deal!!

This cache is at Benchmark KK1287.

This may be a busy spot at times and there is a school nearby, so please use stealth.

Easy parking on Magnolia St. (one small block East)

Don't forget to log the Benchmark here! http://www.geocaching.com/mark/details.aspx?PID=KK1287

In Denver today so signed a few caches while the sun was shinning. TFTC. The log was very wet so dried it out in the wind & sun, so I could sign the log. A great hide.

We have been looking for this cache for 5 years !!! Read all the logs, many stating coords are way off. Expanded our search and looked everywhere until finally found it . Log is wet but managed to get our signature on it. This is a lonely cache find for us - last found 6/30/17 or 916/17 (throw down container?)

Found with Dr. Flonase in a thunderstorm. Very cool hide! I have found many benchmarks on mountaintops, but few along roadsides like this.
