I've heard my parents talk about this cache for a long time. They were here in 2006 - we are from PA. They brought me and my brother here and were glad it was still here for me to find. It's really pretty up here. We saw a bear in the meadow and lots of cows. We took the travel bug from this cache. Thanks

We found this cache as our fifth cache back in 2006. It has always been one of our favorites due to its location and view of the high alpine meadow. Today we saw a bear traverse the meadow and lots of cows in the background. Just as beautiful as we remember it. We brought our son up here to make the find. The cache is no longer hanging from a tree, but on the ground near ground zero - the tree is no longer standing. Thanks for still having this cache here so our son could enjoy it. TFTC
Our original log from 2006.

Would someone please pick up the CACA TB and move it along? It has been loitering here for close to 4 years. It is time it gets going again. Thanks!

Needs maintenance. Ammo box is ok. Everything is wet. Log is unusable and all logs erased by water. Good cache though!

Great View! Very enjoyable! Does need maintenance. Everything is very wet but cache is intact. Log book is unusable. Would have done more but didn't have supplies. Took TB, left item. TFTC!

This was a bit slower walk through the snow. It was very windy and the trees make creepy sounds while they bend back and forth. I was very thankful for the winter friendly hide. Now back to the truck so I can catch my breath. I left two trackables. TFTC!

Very chilly drive on the quad. Parked and started walking. Fully expected to see Buffalo in the meadow. Had a bit of a hard time breathing at this elevation. Lots of hunters in the area. Need to get back to the mother ship before the rain hits!!
