This is one of our favorite places in the Crested Butte area. You will take County Road 12 or Kebler pass as it is more well-known, and then veer off to the north to go to the Irwin lake area. When you get to the lake you will stay to the left and follow the road all the way around the campground and up on top of the campground to where your car is facing north. When you see the coordinates are off to your west park in that wide area just off the road. You will then navigate to the coordinates. It is up on the hill to your west and will offer a beautiful view of all of the mountains that surround you. you can also find another cash that is about a quarter of a mile away and make a full day out of it!
