Found it, but it's in rough shape. I think it was in the wrong place, and the container is broken so everything inside is soaked.

SPOILER: I say it was in the wrong place because it's down amongst garbage in a drainage ditch. It just looks trashy there, and will never stay dry. It also was on the opposite side of the street from where the coordinates were. I think perhaps it needs to be replaced in the correct spot.

Today's caching journey took me to the Golden area. Last Sunday I returned from a trip to Nepal where I picked up a cold which smashed my caching endurance. So today is the day to vindicate myself and grab as many as I can. I saw several hawks, a crow harassing a hawk, several hang gliders taking off and floating around, and the beauty of spring flowers.
I'm not sure how this happened. I cached a while ago in Golden. Apparently I had already signed this one because I walked up and immediately recognized the area. A scan of the log revealed my mark was already there. Third one I have found twice up here. :) TFTC!
