If parking at "P1292" it's about 1292ft from the cache. Much easier to find a stall, but you'll walk farther.

Our 9th cache of the day. This was our first visit to Garden of the Gods. We were not prepared for the zoo of humanity and scarce parking. We eventually adopted a strategy of taking any parking space available anywhere and heading off on the trails to hike. Found this cache quickly. There was a deer resting about 30' from the cache. She did not seem overly pleased that we woke her from an afternoon slumber. Many thanks.

Managed to snag one of the nearer spots and made my way to GZ. I Saw a family of deer on the way to GZ as well! Managed the make the find pretty quick. Thanks!
