We hike this a couple times a year and pan the creek. You can park at the pull off and walk a mile to the stone bridge, or you can drive to the area next to the stone bridge before starting the uphill journey. All vehicular traffic stops at the bridge, you're on foot from there. There are a few spots with some exposure, so mind your footing. This is a great hike that takes you along east elk creek towards spring creek. It's a beautiful hike that takes a few hours. 35mm film canister. Replace log as needed. Cache on!

07/04/2019 By WiggleandBean This was our first, FTF!! I saw that it had not been found and we ensured it is still there after 702 days with no visits. The log was wet so we let it dry in the sun for about 20 minutes before signing. Thank you for this hike, it only took us 5 hours round-trip from the parking lot.
