The cache is NOT at the posted cooridates, but the surrounding streets are a good place to park.
The below puzzle uses information from the Offical Kukkiwon site.
Taekwondo is my 'indoor' passion while geocaching is my 'outdoor' passion. I started Taekwondo at age nine and earned my black belt in 2020. Taekwondo originated in ancient Korea and soon spread across the world. There are many, many styles of Taekwondo, but the one this cache focuses on is WTF Taekwondo. WTF stands for World Taekwondo Federation and governs through the Kukkiwon, headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. The Kukkiwon works to continue the spread of true Taekwondo around the world, through demonstrations and competitions. These demonstrations are amazing to watch and I highly recommend checking them out (although it won’t help with the puzzle)
