Got to this one without needing snowshoes. Beautiful (south facing) meadow had melted the 12-16" of snow that had fallen a week prior. with Mrs DocTK and Mia the cachehound!

Nice place for a little off-trail hiking! The flower season is just starting, as shown in the attached picture. I’m sure it’s gonna be stunning in a month or two. Thanks for the cache!

We were camping in the area (and placing some of our own cache hides) and made two serious tries at this one but to no avail. It was a good workout anyway up and down the meadow twice! Either we need a better clue from the CO or else this one has gone missing. Maybe you can check on it when you come on out to find ours Jenn?!

The gate was closed, so the dog and I hiked in on this gorgeous day to the cache. Lots of running water about so Suzy had a good time. The cache was nicely hidden and in good shape. I imagine that meadow is spectacular in late summer when all that horse mint is in bloom. Thanks!

Out jeeping with a few TRR members today. We weren't prepared for this one on the drive in, but we somehow found the strength to go the 2 tenths of mile by foot to the cache on the drive out. We were there with the cache owner, and she assured us it was a flat walk from what she remembered.
She mis-remembered. Calves burning. Panting heavily. And that was just way down :-) The way back the jeeps was uphill! Only after visiting the cache did we see a spot that might have been level access, but it looks like that parking spot is being reclaimed by nature.
Looked through the logbook and the few signatures this has received in the past 8 years. I recognize many of them.
I took home a TB that was left in the cache - figured I'd try and put some miles on it during the winter months.

After spending 10 days in and around Las Vegas Oliphientje and me started to travel from Las Vegas to Denver. We visited several National Parks on our trip. We were so glad all the parks re-opened in october, just before we left Las Vegas!
We visited Zion, Bryce, Monument Valley, Arches, The Grand Canyon and Rocky Mountain National Park. And many more nice places.
Yesterday we visited Rocky Mountains NP and today we are leaving the area to go to Kansas. There are also some caches waiting for us.
On our way there we went for some other caches, this one also.
Greetings from The Netherlands and TFTC.

#4212 - Found 12.50h.
After 10 days of fun with friends, Giga10 and I left Las Vegas and are heading to Denver via some Nationa Parks.
We visited Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, Monument Valley, Arches NP and Rocky Mountains NP and many other nice places.
We decided to leave the beautiful landscapes of Rocky Mountains National Park and Estes Park and head for the Kansas plains. Another stop to stretch our legs.
We needed to stop before the sign. Due to the extreme flooding, the road was... well... sort of gone. There were signs that the mountainlion is also active here. We found the cache easily. When we got back, we talked to some hunters who were also parked on the parking lot.
Greetings from The Netherlands and TFTC.

We were up in the area camping for the weekend and took our little blue Wrangler up the Bright Trail aka Taylor road. The Kitty Clan and Geodog hiked down and around to find this cache. It was found by the boys first. But alas, the trackable is gone. The log indicates someone else has taken it but not logged it yet. bummer.
Oh well, it is a fantastic view all around. TFTC
It's there somewhere
