8 Logs: Found it 7  Didn't find it 1

Yeah... Lots of wear and tear since its heyday, I guess. But 7 1/2 bucks later for the "resource" (shame: I used to have a copy for years, but not lately) and I'll take what I can get of the cache's remains. S1 is good as gold; B7's re-do at S2 still serving strong. At the final you're certainly treated to a seat with a view... No sign of anything there- up, under, or sideways. Even the skeletons he found in January were gone.
After wasting enough time I went down below the edge and rummaged around sufficiently to turn up one lock tab of an L&L's lid; and one green hot wheels type car. They're in a plastic baggie along with a replacement log (literally) that you can sign. Always a chance they will last until someone else tries this, but hmmm....

When I left it was straight downhill - simply because I could see a trail. On the way: Another tab off the L&L, and then no more from the cache. All over the place were pieces of heavy white ceramic, several with that 3D 90 degree cornering that can only come from one thi . . . .

I mean seriously!! Who the he!! would haul a toilet tank all the way out here just to heave it off a cliff & watch it shatter ?????

Finally found it today on an early morning hike with my dog. I solved the puzzle (at least I had the correct idea for how to solve the puzzle, but since I couldn't track down the necessary tool [after a lot of searching and phone calls] to decipher it, I was given starting coordinates for the first stage by a previous finder) about a week ago, and headed out the other day to get to stage 1, which is in great shape. I PAF-ed at stage 2 and discovered it was not there anymore so my PAF helped me out there too to get to the final.

Today I came back and replaced stage 2 (I did not know what the original puzzle was, so I just left a tube in a tree at the stage 2 GZ with coords to the final), and finished it off. Unfortunately, the final is missing too. I found the lid to it out in the open with the rest of the cache not to be seen. I hid it in a likely spot at GZ for anyone who comes next, but the next finder or CO should replace the final with a container that has a log (I didnt have on on me).

All in all, I think this would have been a phenomenal cache if I had done it 3 years ago; however, it is in a state of shambles at the moment. That said, it is now possible to do it all in one go at the moment with the replaced stage 2. Even with all of this said, I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing. Great puzzles and locations, just the way a multi should be. I definitely enjoyed my view of the Peak at the end of this one today.

Thanks so much for the cache!

Found stage 1 quickly and in good shape, solved the puzzle while on the way to another cache and ended up looking for stage 2 as well. I looked for about 50 minutes before deciding to move on. The fact that others said they came across it quickly worries me, either for the sake of the stage, or for the sake of my coordinates. Love it so far!

Thxs for this multi which did live up to the D/T ratings. It was good to get to the final, SL & look across to Pikes Peak.

We enjoyed this multi a lot! The puzzles were fun and the hikes were in one of our favorite areas. We didn't find the container at stage 3 so we had to get help from the previous finder to get coords for the next stage. Found the final today and signed the log. Thanks for the fun!

Thanks for the great multi cache! This one earned ever bit of the D/T rating! It took awhile after discovering this one before I had the right information to get to stage one. Today after work I decided to tackle it. I started out just fine. Stage one provided some easy fun, stage two was quick as well. Stage 3 is what turned a 1 hour excursion into a 2 hour excursion! I was never able to track it down. With multiple hints and PAFs I just couldn't locate the magic "container". Through multiple outreaches though I had pity bestowed upon me and a nudge to the final location. What a joy it was to finally sign that log! So hot today! I sat there and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and view. This cache gets a favorite from me for all that was put into it. Stage 3 may need to be checked on... Thanks again!

4:50:00 PM We are visiting from Dallas and staying in Divide for four weeks.Today I had occassion to go into Colorado Springs, so I hunted a few caches on my "To Do" list.

I'm a fan. I have several books and I still subscribe to a daily e-mail with reprints of this strip.

I think I skipped two steps, but played a hunch. I then worked through the subsequent stages. The next to the last one was especially tricky and I was close to giving up when I gave something a second look and found what I was looking for. Then I went back to a place I had passed by and spotted the cache. This was a well done puzzle and series. I'm giving it a favorite point. I signed the log. Thanks for the cache.

Crumbcrunchers asked if I wanted to join her on this little adventure. I was definitely in need of a hike so I gladly accepted. We started out really well, but got hung up on the 2nd stage. I got to 4ft from GZ and verbally noted that. Unfortunately, I didn't find anything there. So we searched all about and after 30 minutes, a PAF, waiting a few minutes for a return call, she picks it up about 4ft from where I noted 4ft... Dang!

The next stage was going to be just as hard and even harder for the next folks if she hadn't caught sight of the 'container.'

We got to the final and looked around. This time I was able to make the find by finally trustee ping what I saw on the GPS.

Nice job. Supper fun!
