This is a field puzzle, the cache IS at the posted coordinates but the log will take a little work to get to.  No special tools required, but you must sign the log to get credit for the cache.  The cache location is at the south end of the Wolf Ranch subdivision and the beginning of the Cottonwood Creek trail that runs all the way downtown.

However, this cache is is about the New England Patriots run of dominance that began in 2001 and is the third of six in a series to celebrate thier 6 Super Bowl Championships.

10 Years removed from their last Super Bowl win, including reaching the big game and losing twice, the Patriots were back for another try at that fourth ring; this time against the defending champion Seattle Seahawks.

The game was back and forth for most of the way and was tied up 14-14 at half-time.  The Seahawks seemed to take over the game in the third quarter and took a 10 point lead into the final quarter of play.

No team had ever won a superbowl after being down by double digit points going into the last quarter (though the Patriots would top their own mark just 2 years later -- see GC8TMVP).  Tom Brady led the Patriots to 2 touchdowns and a 28-24 lead with just 2:02 left on the clock.

Then the Seahawks marched down the field aided by a phenonomal concentration catch by Jermaine Kearse and were at the 1-yard line with 26 seconds to play.  Next was a play call that many people have questioned when Russell Wilson tried to pass for the winning touchdown instead of handing off to Marshawn Lynch.  The result was one of the greatest clutch plays in Super Bowl history as Malcom Butler picked it off to preserve the victory for New England!

Congratulations to Rob14erGuy for the FTF!!!

Thanks for the fun puzzle cache! I've seen a few of these over the years and they are always enjoyable. There is a super easy way to do them if you know how. I may or may not have used said knowledge! Ha ha! Had the log in hand in just a few seconds. Signed and stamped and replaced as found. I'd forgotten how enjoyable caching at night is. Good memories of years gone by. My only regret was lurking near houses with my flashlight in the dark, but luckily I was in and out in only a minute or two. Thanks again. With anything that is gadgety I'm going to drop a favorite!

Being Bronco fans, we will make no further football comments.
The last time we did one of these field puzzles, we were sitting on a mountain side in a snow drift with freezing fingers. Today we were fighting the ants crawling up our legs and hoping for some cloud cover in the 85 degree heat. BOTH times we had a blast solving the puzzle and signing the log. Thanks to the CO for the fun!

Those dang Patriots do have a way of winning! Frustrates the heck out of me!
This cache puzzle also frustrated me for awhile but patience paid off and eventually, success!!!
Glad I took off early from work and was able to get FTF on this nice cache.
Thank you for the fun! I took the Jeep TB to move along
