TFTC it was thrown on the ground about 5 feet away from the rail so hid it on the rail made it a little harder for the mugglers take it easy

Found it but it's being guarded by a wasp who appears to have a nest right behind the cache so we elected not to remove it in order to sign the log. Thanks for the heavenly view!
