The geocache is located along the trails of the Denver Audubon Kingery Nature Center. It is large but camoflauged, so you will have to look closely through the vegetation. Open it up by pulling on the bottom of the front panel, there's a surprise inside! Please do not take or leave anything. Enjoy the wildlife and native plant gardens while you search, and remember to practice Leave No Trace. laugh

Please be advised that rattlesnakes are native to this habitat and most active from April to October. Appropriate footwear is strongly advised.

Brought my captive audience over this morning after their dental appointments. Not too far of a walk and not far off the trail...thankful because it was starting to get HOT! Very cute and well built cache.

I don't know when Denver Audubon decided to distinguish this nature center with the name Kingery, but I can't think of a more fitting tribute to 2 people who have taught so many people about our natural world!! And I'll head over for the cache in the near future. Thank you!
