Dogs  Takes less than an hour  Scenic view  Available during winter  Parking available  Picnic tables nearby  Camping available  Snowshoes  Short hike (less than 1km)  Seasonal Access

Fun cache location off a popular hiking trail.  It's a traditional cache so big enough to hold trackables.  It's a bit off the trail and up a slope but it is an easy climb in summer, fall and spring.  Winter would likely require snowshoes if there's been snow in the area.

I took my 7 year old daughter backpacking for the first time. What a great time we had! And it was even more fun finding caches along the way. Thanks for taking the time to place and maintain them! What a great place for a cache!

What a great day. I set up an event to hike to Milller’s Rock and make the loop gathering all the caches in this area. I woke at 5am to prepare and get to the event at 7am. Made it with no issues and was eventually though out the event greeted by AbvAge, nickgatt, Team Tiger Pride, and Pyrusticia giving us six crazy cachers for the hike.

After the event was over we headed up the hill for a fun filled day of laughter, fun, pain, and smiles on our geomaps to compete our day. Here are some of the stats on our hike

Total time on trail 7 ˝ hours
Total hiking time 4 hours
Covered 7 miles
Lowest elevation 7900 feet
Highest Elevation 8700 feet
Elevation gain over hike 1800 feet
Gathered 28 caches including the event.
Sore feet 12

Thanks for attending my event and spending the day hiking with me. I appreciate you all. Also thanks for all the people that have put some caches out here in this area for us. It allowed our day to happen.
