Small candel can big enough for coins or small travel bugs.
Can is big enough to hold mutiple coins or 1 maybe 2 travel bugs. If your travel bug is connected to an item that is over 3 inches it probiably wont fit. Please put back in the same place you found it. I just want people to get out and about to some of the great places of colorado. This is a big tourist attraction. This is a great place for Family Fun and excitement. Small mountains for the kids to climb / hike.

Congrats to ernie66 for being FTF!!!!

Well...we thought about this one...we seriously did.

At least we thought about it until we crossed the dry creek bed to stand bottom of the hill at the other side! A mere 500 or so feet...just UP the hill.

Thought we should save what energy we had left to make it to the top. Plus, the storm clouds were really building and standing at the top of the Crags is NOT where I want to be in a storm!

Thanks anyway. The views on this portion of the trail are awesome!

Thanks for the (almost) adventure!

10:13 AM Having completed our 64th Colorado county on 8/5, my wife and I are settling into a 2 week stay in Divide.

Today I met up with jherber to hunt a few caches that have been on my to-do list for some time. Due to the weather we varied our target and headed toward The Crags.

After stopping for a stage of the Reynolds Gang, we continued up the hill, partially propelled by this cache, as well.

We, also, found the hiding spot with telltale natural camo and an empty drink bottle. We replaced the cache with a pill bottle, well covered. Challenging hike and some great views.

We signed the log. Thanks, MikeR1979, for the cache.

TFTC I joined AllenMabry for a bit of caching in the Crags area. It is a cloudy cool day.
This was quite a climb. We found the remnants of activity at the cache site with good coordinates and a good hint. We replaced the container and log.

I believe I found it. The GPS was all the spot where I found the replaced container. It was definitely quite the climb to get this one. Once down I continued my hike to the top of Craigs Trail. TFTC

Quite a steep climb. Container was missing so we placed a makeshift one and left a dollar bill for the next cacher. TFTC!

On my way down the Crags trail I saw a potential access for this cache. I still had to leave my horse tied to a tree to complete the final 400' due to steepness & so many down trees. It was a challenge but I did get there off the beaten path for sure.

Found on the way down from the crags. Fair amount of bushwhacking involved the way we got to it - there was probably a better way. Couldn't sign the log as our pen was dead. Happy to send a pic pf the find to the CO as proof if you'd like..
