HISTORY ABOUT THE SITE:

The location of this cache was historically known as Karl's Farm. It was  a 64-acre site in Northglenn, Colorado that was originally a dairy farm founded in 1947 by Bud and Fern Hinkhouse. The farm and its retail operations were a local staple for 65 years, offering fresh dairy products, Colorado-made gifts, and community activities. However, the farm and its dairy saw a decline in business and closed in 2012.

Today you see the area has been turned into quick dining, coffee shop, housing and fueling, with more changes on the horizon.

Not a park and grab for us, but we found it ! I am drinking hot coffee as I log this, but if I was ordering at this location it would definitely be freeze !!
