Hopefully this will be a challenging cache for everyone to find.  While exploring in our Jeep and finding other caches in the area, we decided to place this one a little further off the trail.  The view is spectacular!  Pole Hill road is a great 4x4 trail and also a great hiking trail.  It is closed from December to Memorial Day - if the gate is closed you can still hike your way to the cache.

Checked on this one today. It had been smashed pretty good and was not repairable. They were nice enough to leave a note! We replaced the container with another ammo can and put it back where it should have been. Ready to be found.

Spent the day jeeping with TRR on Pole Hill and noticed that a couple new cashes had been placed...so we grabbed them along the way!

This is a great spot that we visit often. Glad there’s such a great cache here. We live in the area and decided we’ve procrastinated about finding these newer caches for too long. So the Better Half and I jumped in the Jeep to make sure we still have the knack. We hit a grand slam today... 4 for 4! Glad that you gave us a good reason to get out on this beautiful day. TNLNSL. Joined BugRanger, FayColSalTom, Path Pacer, and geodogs Suzy and Elwood on a fun hike around Pole Hill to get the newer caches. Despite a very gray morning, the rain held off and now I once more have smilies (and one owned-cache star) all around this loop. This is a challenging cache, but the views from here are fantastic and worth the hike. TFTC!

I've saw this one and Toadally pop up on Pole Hill ages ago, but couldn't quite muster the gumption to make the trek up. Some of us decided to have a go at the coffee event last Saturday, and despite the impending rain, had a nice walk along the loop with our dogs.

As promised, it was a fantastic view and gets a favorite. Well hidden, too. Thanks!
