My doctor recently moved his practise very close to this location. At my last appointment I thought wow, there needs to be a cache here. My doctor and assistant are geocachers, did I mention this?

So sorry to those tall geocachers for this one. Just removed the lid, no need to pull it completely out. If I can fit in there to place it, you can get it.
