The Poor Man and the Rich Man

  • The Lord, traveling in disguise, asks for somewhere to stay. A haughty rich man turns him out, but his kind, poor brother across the way welcomes him in.
  • The Lord gives him three wishes, and he asks for salvation, for good health and daily bread, and for a nicer house (hey, that's more than three).
  • The rich man hears about this and finds the Lord and badgers him to stay at his place in exchange for three wishes.
  • The Lord warns the rich man that his wishes won't turn out well, and he wastes them as foretold.

Making a caching trip with Robespierre50 into the hills above Nederland to escape the heat. Sort of worked. Just 80s instead of high 90s. Getting to the cache is very difficult. SL

Heading up Caribou Rd with geoguru1, escaping the heat and finding caches along the way. Starting to get tired of all the uphill scrambling, but I saw where this one must be hiding and took a roundabout route to get up there. It's secure, but you could have found an easier spot to get to. sl tftc

Being Dutch, geocaching in Nederland Colorado is special.
Decided to try this trail on a cold November afternoon.
Found most caches and skipped a few because of too much snow on the ground.
Enjoyed the hunt very much.
