This is a Fun Climb to a cool cache, we had a blast placing it and the views are cool too! There are a couple "ways" to the destination...
Black Cache, wear good DRY shoes and be safe! Its a little climb but not too bad at all. It's a spot my son and I enjoy often.

Add my dnf too. I found a way around that did not totally risk life & limb, just some challenge & got to a spot that looked like a decent place to have lunch & my GPS was giving me a good solid reading between 10-30' as signal is extremely jumpy here. I found one particularly nice hidy hole with two fist sized rocks in it but no cache. I did check many more places but no luck at all. I hope it's still there but climbing around much more was wearing me out & beyond my comfort zone.

Crossed over from the West Ridge Trail. Tricky hike on the slope - too many pine needles. Made one complete circuit of the large outcrop, but no luck. Might come back with better shoes. "Frightful climb" may be a more appropriate title.

I went up the back side of the spur so ended up having to climb all the way to the top. That was fun. On the other side I got withing 5 feet of GZ and had to give up my search. Wanted to save the bug that is in the cache. I'll be back. Keeping an eye on it.
