Nancy Drew was a childhood favorite of my mother's, and she couldn't help but introduce her to my sister and I at a very young age. We too grew to love the series that taught us so much about life way back when, social norms, and friendships that withstood just about everything.

Over the years, we collected the yellow books, the blue books, the “As You Remember Her” books, the Nancy Drew lunchbox, the Nancy Drew board game, the Nancy Drew cookbook, and even a map of River Heights. But one thing we hadn’t collected (until now) were a few Nancy Drew Geocaches. So here they are!

The GPS will get you close, but GZ is a little out of reach. You'll have to use your geosense to hone in on the prize, hence the slightly higher difficulty rating. This has been placed with permission of the on-site security, but even so, please be muggle wary, low-key, and respectful in your searching. You're looking for a magnetic micro.

So I thnk we may have found remnants of this? Not sure. I'll message you a picture in a bit. But we found a magnet in a typical cache location....
4th day of caching for Team Crazy Pants which is lasouthpaw, Vbrewer64, ssiler and myself) lasouthpaw lives out this way now and the rest of us came from the Fort Smith area to visit her! Today we started with an event to meet local cachers and then headed to Boulder for the day. Visited Celestial Seasonings, then had lunch at The TeaHouse downtown, visited Pearl Street and had a great time.

DNF @ 8:34:00 AM on 3/12/2019:

Started and ended my searches this morning at this cache. Figured out the right general area (I think!) but lots of people were around even early in the morning so I went to grab coffee and returned about 45 minutes later. There weren't as many people around but assuming I was in the right location there had been an "incident" last night requiring bleach clean up near ground zero. I decided to forego my search because it wasn't too pleasant or sanitary. Hopefully I was in the right area but I was able to get it to match the hint and other logs seemed to confirm my location as well.

After many early morning visits, I finally arrived when GZ was unoccupied. Container is defective, needs to be fixed. CO notified. Need to get some of that new-fangled epoxy sent up on the next stage. SL.
