Newcomers to Colorado, Tommy and Cindy of GotYour6, are exemplary cachers. They have jumped into geocaching with both feet. I've had the pleasure of caching with them, attending their Intriguing Minds events, and searching for their many hides in Berthoud.

If you know GotYour6, you know they love their Jeep!!! What you might not know is they also love their wine.

Colorado has been perfect for them. Like many Texans, they were surprised to learn that they could satisfy both of these loves here in the Rocky Mountains. When most people think of vineyards they think of California. Not many know that Colorado's high altitude, fertile soils, and pristine waters from the Colorado River create a remarkable grape.

I recently had the pleasure of joining GotYour6 on a tour of Colorado Vineyards. Though I'm not a big wine drinker I couldn't pass up the opportunity to go joyriding in the Jeep. On this tour I discovered that Cindy prefers wines from as far north as possible, while Tommy likes wines that come from the westernmost vineyards.

Here are some of the wines we tasted on our tour:

Red Wines
Bad Bitch Red Blend #9 (Eaton), 2003 $80
Sette Dolori Organic Cabernet Sauvignon(Colorado Springs), 2000 $27
Flying T Cabernet (Cortez), 2010 $105
Buckel Family Flyer, (Crested Butte), 1968 $26
Ten Bears Merlot (LaPorte), 1999 $40
Stoney Mesa Merlot (Cedaredge), 2005 $127

White Wines
Mummy Hill Muscat (Holyoke), 1982 $17
Continental Divide Sauvignon Blanc (Fairplay), 1982 $18
Claremont Inn Pinot Grigio, (Stratton) 2007 $16
Wine Barrel Riesling (Parker), 1979 $7
Mesa Winds Pinot Gris, (Hotchkiss) 1991 $5
Barn & Barrel Sweet Reisling (Aspen), 1982 $4

Sparkling Wines
Barn & Barrel Proseco (Florence), 1835 $589
Garrett Estates Brut Rose (Olathe), 1989 $192
Vino Salida Blanc de Blanc (Poncha Springs), 1966 $347
Reds Wine Boutique (Sterling), 1972 $466
Blue Mountain Anniversary Cuvee (Berthoud), 2003 $762
Snowy Peaks Rose (Estes Park), 2003 $611

Tommy and Cindy each chose a red, white, and sparkling wine to bring to the picnic. I brought the cheese and grapes. Based upon their choices, can you determine where the picnic will be held?

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.

Came back today and found the cache. A fun container. I'm not sure how I missed it last time! Cheers.

Looked for a long time but did not find it.

Update: 3/19/2020. Sadly I forgot about the bonus info from the checker when I was searching. However, I did look in that area, but probably not well enough. I'll be back...
