The original "C.W. McCall's Jeep" was "sittin out back of the jail". Evidently, he bailed out or escaped.

Cache itself is gone, appearently someone thought they needed the stuff more than us. I'm keeping this listed as virtual cache as the jail is a nice little detour anyhow. Free water tap at corner of Jail fence and pic nic tables nearby.

I was on HW 160 on my way to Trinidad and this one was too close to not take a short detour down to see this one. TFTC.

I stopped here today, and as I walked over to the jail I could of swore I heard the theme music from "The Good, The Bad and the Ugly". Or maybe I was just whistling that song. As I was looking at the cache page I saw this was now a virtual. This is a very cool place. I read the board at the park that told about the jail. Very interesting to say the least. I also liked that fact this is an old cache giving it a favorite point. TFTC

I am caching with the mom of the year, Noah's Peeps. She is letting me take this week off from school to come to Colorado with her.

We are going to New Mexico today. This is one of the caches we found today. This is a really cool place.

I am on a wonderful caching trip planned by Swed31. This is day 6. I flew in from Canada to hunt this area for a couple of weeks! What a change from winter up north! Today, we started slowly, got a couple in Flagstaff and drove to Clayton grabbing a few caches along the way. Yours was one of them!
Swed31 will send the pics! Great spot! I would hate to be kept in there!

Visiting Southern USA from Brampton (Toronto), Ontario, Canada.
I’m on a road trip from San Diego to Dallas with many caching stops along the way. It’s day 13.
Today indigodave and I are driving from Albuquerque to Clayton, NM, with a quick stop in Colorado. We are also targeting the 3 oldest NM caches.
This was our detour to Colorado just for one cache, to say we were in Colorado this week.
Very cool place.

A bit embarrassed. Staying with friends in Clayton. Traveling the back roads got great pictures of Folsom but my European phone started acting up and I was on my own not realizing I crossed into Colorado until a had a brief bit of internet to set me straight. Hope the CO will accept the international problems. Enjoyed the time driving around the area.

12:55 PM Today we left Amarillo headed to Pueblo with stops in Capulin, NM and Branson, CO.

This stop was for DeLorme 100, a tough one to get!
