If you are comimg down the mountain or going up the mountain, the name says it all.
Since I like adventure, thought it would be nice to place some caches that are more than just a walk along highland canal, etc. Therefore, I am starting a new series of caches that are "kicked" up from the ordinary. All caches in this series will start with "ADV".

The autorater says this is a 2/4 cache. It's a short moderate 4 wheel drive or moderate hike from Georgetown. If you approach this after completing GCPBER, then the posted terrain difficulty increases by a factor of 1.

Interesting area, surprised to see the "shooting gallery." Glad no one was there today as I had hiked up. Used the hint & found the cache pretty easily. GPS wasn't reading too bad at 16' for me.

Well, dang. I think this one may be gone, maybe. There is a LOT of trash in the area from shooters having target practice here. Anyway, looked for about 15 minutes. I did find a cool walking stick that someone carved, and then they must've thrown it away.

I parked at the bottom of the switchbacks just before the road got really rough. My GPS said it was 0.27 miles to the cache. Well, 1.7 miles of switchbacks and almost 800 feet of elevation later I was at GZ. I used the hint when I couldn't find it at GZ and my GPS said about 30' to GZ when I located it. It was a good hike before the winter weather blows in tomorrow. TFTC
