I was riding my bike back to my sister's apartment and the GPS took me through here.  I was surprised that it was cacheless!  There's a lovely fountain, several places to eat, sit and people watch.

You'll need to stay around the fountain for this one--no need to go near the tracks.  You could pretend you're taking an abstract picture as you snag this low-level cache. First to find gets bragging rights :-)
