This cache is a short hike from the paved surface at Mesa middle school. Lots of cactus and some Coyotes in this area. Nice little walk and beautiful pine trees in the area.

This cache has some room to put small things in my kids are not fans of Micros so we did one about the size of a pringles can it is covered in camo tape.

I pecked this nice cache up while on my way to attend the GC7J49C Seventh Annual Columbine Open Space Clean-up BONUS south of Castle Rock. I have never been on this trail before, so I was happy to explore it today. I was surprised how quickly the trail transitioned from paved, neighborhood trail to steep-cliff canyon. Like others, I had to cross the canyon at a less than optimal spot in order to get close to the GZ in order to begin the hunt. I was happy to find a negotiable spot on each side of the canyon to faciliatate the crossing. I spent allot of time enjoying the view, so I was happy to make the find on this one without any drama. Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find and giving me an excuse to explore this cool place, TFTC.

Made a fast grab here but discovered that I left a glove at the previous cache. Had to backtrack and retrieve it. Luckily the snow made that an easy task! Thank you for the placement!
