medium sized cache hidden in the large rocks, just can't tell you which one. If you bring binoculars you may even see a moose. Good luck and enjoy the scenery.

I came out to the area this weekend to pick up Jenn from the Colorado Trail and to resupply her for her next week of hiking.

This is where she came off the trail on Friday evening, and this is where I dropped her off on Sunday afternoon. Technically, this road is closed for about 10 miles or so before this location, so I had to be a rule-breaker to pick her up and drop her off here. A construction worker was going to bring her down from the top on Friday, but they ran into me going the other way about a mile from the trailhead. There were no construction workers on this road today, so there was no one to question us or stop us.

The area around this cache is all torn up for construction. I'm pretty sure the boulders have been pushed further to the side to make room for the new construction. GZ has been bulldozed, and the closest big rocks are at least 45 feet from the posted coordinates now.

Quite a number of people are coming up for the views. I tried to be discrete finding the cache while they were busy with photos. Thanks for a cacher here.

We love this Pass & had to come up for this cache even though the west side is closed for paving. Took advantage of the lighter traffic for now.
