Special Tool Required

Please enjoy this, my final puzzle cache.

As usual there are two ways to solve my puzzle.

But, this time, you'll have to find 'em.

You can assume 38° and 104° on the image puzzles.
For the Related Web Page puzzle, you will be presented with the full coordinates upon solving.

Special tools, both of which are only needed for one of the options, are:
1. A non-mobile device.
2. A mouse

Image Clarity

NOTE:
If you are attempting to use the 'blurry number grids' to solve this, it may be worth noting that, due to their size, they are compressed by cloudfront.net.
If you remove the _l from the image URL, you will get the uncompressed version.

Recognition

Obviously there are ways to find every cache without solving the associated puzzle.
I have no problem with that. Heck, I've written a few scripts to help solve certain puzzles on the side.

If you've found the container, logged the sheet, I s'pose it's a find.
Several of the early finders of this cache did not find it as I had intended.

The puzzles are very difficult but, although the title implies they are mean, I meant them to be fun.
Therefore, I would like to recognize those that have solved the actual puzzles for this cache.

Note: Even my beta tester gave up on the Related Web Page puzzle.
He found it only through sheer will and ingenuity...
Also, I mistakenly gave him the map when I didn't have to.

Honestly, I don't know why anyone would want to attempt this version.

All of you future cache seekers, I'm so sorry, as this puzzle was brought about as revenge for my methods of solving GC51KX4 the easy way. I'm now currently stuck past the first step of this puzzle and THeSKuLL is laughing away at my despair...

As I was driving the mouse around the blank screen on the Related Web Page for what seemed like hours waiting for a popup, I found myself less and less inclined to give this cache a favorite point. In fact, my opinion went substantially into negative territory before I stumbled on the square for the first time. But of course I didn't succeed with the following task on my first attempt, so back to the start with a 24-hour penalty imposed. Ok, further into the negative Evil.

Without giving anything away, if you're spending more than 30 seconds looking for that box or finding yourself waiting 24 hours before trying again, stop. You won't solve the puzzle that way. But I can also say that the Related Web Page puzzle is solvable, so don't give up. Try thinking outside the box.

I took a nice lunchtime walk today and stopped to sign the log. I'll even add a favorite point after all that BigSmile.
