I came out here in April to look for a cache that wasn't here. But, it was a great place for a cache, so I came back and placed one. A few folks around here may have the coordinates to this cache already loaded in their GPSr...may even have visited the cache site before.

Getting to the site will be half the challenge, the other half will be locating the cache.

Good Luck and Happy Caching!

Easily found after a hike in from Co Road 317. Nice Fall hike and views on the way up. There was a lot of fracking traffic on the road. TNLN. SL. T4TC!

Nice early morn. drive up Beaver creek area. Picked the road of my choice (the high road)..? Opened first metal gate, and a nice 3 point buck in the velvet crossed the road right in front of me. As I approched the 2nd barbed wire gate a herd of cow elk and calfs were standing in the middle of the road, well I startled them and they just happen to open the gate for me. I wish I had a video camera, needless to say I did not need to close that gate they snapped the closure post. So I get to where I need to bail out of truck and start hiking to cache. then I think "GEEWIZZ" what am I doing here, seems I have been here before "DEJAVU" I looked for the cache for quite a while and it seems I remember logging a DNF was going to happen again as I was about to give up then I had a "GEE WHAZ" moment found cache and another road much closer to cache (low road) Well I suggest the high road it has more advetures than the low road.A little longer hike but better view.2nd time in this area and finally found a cache that belongs at posted quards using Fav. point for that! Thanks for the FTF Happy Caching............
