To access this cartridge you must first finish the Myst cartridge (located HERE) and get the password from the Selentic Journal.

This is the only Age that was naturally uninhabited at the time the D'ni linked to it. Their journals describe feeling uneasy in this Age upon first arriving. Shortly after their arrival, a massive meteor storm changed the face of the island considerably. What was once a lush and green landscape was transformed into a brown and barren land, with the exception of one small area which the D'ni later called the Oasis.

I recorded a DNF on this great wherigo on May 11th. That failure has been troubling me ever since! So today I returned to the Thornton area from Wellington with my puppies Orizaba and Chimborazo to find several caches, with this being my primary target. Today everything worked smoothly, and I "scored" on the final cache stage and signed the log. I really enjoyed Myst before Selentic Age, followed by this one. I'm feeling more and more comfortable with wherigos, and have developed better confidence in my smart phone. Thanks for this fine experience, Sparky. The cache deserves and gets a Favorite point from me.

I came down from Wellington this morning with my puppies Orizaba and Chimborazo expecting to get three wherigos that have been on my priority list for some time. I found two of these three. This was the one I missed. I had difficulty right from the onset, when I needed to enter the password/code from Myst. Just could not activate things. I'm certain it is my fault, because other finders have not experienced this. I will return in the future!!

Yippee skippy I found it! I really enjoy WhereIgo's and I was in the area today, so I had to go for it. There were a few muggles walking dogs today, but no fishing going on (except me for caches).

I had played Myst almost 5 years ago but did not have the right code to start this one. Thanks to a PAF and after attending the nearby CITO we were off trying to solve this one. The local fishermen must have thought we were bonkers circling these ponds so many times. We did see a young boy catch a very nice large mouth bass, 2 lbs or more. My huggle showed him how to hold him by the lip to unhook him.
Got to the final & located it with the help of the good hint.

My daughter and I played all the Myst games together and loved them. I finally got back to this one after doing the Myst Wherigo many years ago. After taking good notes and some back and forth I finally figured this one out. TFTC

We did the Myst cartridge last year, so it was nice to visit this year and do this one as well. We did get tripped up a few times, but overall we had a really good time. Favorite point awarded for the fun adventure!

Second one after getting the psssword from Myst. A little more straightforward until the sound room. Still not sure what I did but eventually finished. Log in good shape.
