As icezebra11 reported, we had a great trip to Castle Rock and the Parker area today with his puppy Angel and my puppies Orizaba and Chimborazo. We met up at the ParknRide in Loveland at 6 am and drove directly to Castle Rock, starting our cache-finding hikes with the dogs at the Ridgeline Open Space, shifting from there to Miller Park for a long loop hike involving some fine caches, then heading back northward to the Parker and Centennial areas for some good targets. It was a very successful day of geocaching, despite the temperatures reaching at least the mid-90s while were were on the trails. At Miller Park the zip line activities were fascinating; I will need to return there sometime to do the zip line sequence!

This was an easy puzzle to solve and I had it done quickly; for icezebra11 it probably required zero effort to obtain the final coordinates. Once at the location, we found the container to be low in the tree, with no climbing required. We assume that the cache container is not in the position where the5millers had originally hidden it.

Denali41 and I, along with his Lab puppies Zaba and Chimi, and my Lab puppy Angel had a great caching day in the Castle Rock and south Metro areas today, scoring on a lot of really nice caches.

Our first stop was to do some hiking in Castle Rock's Ridgeline Open Space. After we finished there, we next went to Miller Park. It was definitely a really warm day on the trails! After finishing in Castle Rock we headed for a few caches in Parker. Then we headed north for a few in the Centennial area.

This was definitely a 1D cache for me! Smile We parked at the dead end and made the short walk to GZ. We were prepared to make a tree climb but found the container in the crotch of the tree. Signed the log and returned to our puppies waiting in the truck. Thanks T5M!!!

If this one was supposed to be a climber it's needing TLC. I went to gz to do recon and see if I needed a ladder. Found the remains of the cache within arms reach full of debris.

I've had the puzzle solved since November of 2018. I just happened to be in the area today. I was a little worried about the snow but it wasn't a problem. I spotted the final and could get it to sign the log.

Had discovered it missing on a previous visit but was too blind to find the container on the ground so thanks to Benj59 for the replacement. TFTC!
