Calling all Geocaching Newbies!

Are you new to Geocaching? Have you gone out and failed at your first attempt? Or do you have limited experience and just want to learn more about Geocaching? Geocaching is a great outdoor recreational activity but can be frustrating at first -- especially if you're caching alone!

This event is for anyone who is interested in learning about Geocaching or has already been Geocaching but feels like they are still a Newbie.

Anyone interested in staying after the Meet & Greet is free to join us as we search for the 8 caches around the ponds at Elaine T. Valente Open Space

We will meet at the Pavilion at the posted coordinates.

This event takes place after a Geocaching 101 class (for more information see the Denver Geocaching Newbies Meetup Group). You are invited to attend the Meetup event, but it will not be a formal Geocaching event.

Provided: Bottled water -- but you might want to bring your own as well.

Bring: Yourself, your family, and your geopals! Sunscreen is recommended.
