Another short uphill walk, with a container, and logbook I had left over from an event. A great place for coins, and a view of lower High Drive.
On one's way to Bear Bag cache.

Quick find after a “short uphill walk”. Signed log and made the short downhill walk back to High Drive. Thanks for the cache.

Found this one on day 2,327 of my current geocaching streak. Since I came off the CDT last year, I really haven’t returned to the mountains. In that time both my fitness level, mind and log writing skills have turned to mush while I’ve digested all of the 1.5s/1.5s caches to keep my streak going. I’ve finally decided it is time to get back on the trail. I cleared this area of all of the caches I was interested in back in 2013, but like vegetation, new ones have grown back. I decided this “new” (to me) cluster (GC7025Y Amazing Grace, GC6ZBY4 Easter in January, GC6ZNHX Inside the Loop, GC6ZNHR High Above Hunters Run, GC1413R Bark, GC6ZD4R High Above High Drive) placed by the usual suspects seemed like a perfect warm up hike.

I came at this one from GC6ZNHR High Above Hunters Run, so it was pretty easy for me to get here. I’ll chime in with everyone else, I’m not sure the rating is accurate or fair. Looking at the terrain here, I probably would have been a bit miffed if I had climbed up to this cache at only a 2.5T rating. At least the container was well done. I noticed that this one was 13 months lonely. With this find, I now have (counting only 1 year or more lonely) a total of 125 years, 5 months lonely time on 61 caches from 11 North American States & Provinces. Thanks to the CO for placing this nice cache for everyone to find, TFTC.

This is definitely underrated for terrain. It's a 3 at least if not 3.5. I came over from High above High Drive and used the elevation from there to my advantage. You could start with this one and reverse course too then work your way up the hillside to the others above, but I think it's better to end with this one because of all the scree. The other logs are correct about the climb up from the road here. You've been warned.

This was the last one of the six nearby and a nice way to end the journey today. The lid is snug on the container which is good but be careful when pulling it off with force. If the next Geocacher could bring a standard Phillips screwdriver to screw the second screw into the tree, that'd really help secure the cache with both screws. Tftc today.

That was probably the hardest cache I've climbed to all day & I've done a 4.5 & a 5 terrain today . MUCH HARDER than a 2.5 for sure. Straight up!

Finally! With all the times we've hiked section 16 I see this cache just a few hundred feet off. I'm glad I never tried this with the kids though. Quite the trek up! Afterwards I tried to catch back up with section 16 and followed an unknown trail for quite a while. Fun exploring a new area. Sl, thanks!

It was quite the scramble to find, but I'm glad to finally turn this into a smiley. There are some great views from the rock outcropping nearby! Thanks for placing this cache!

After finding some other caches in the area with sassydil and animjason, the temperature difference along the creek here was very refreshing as the morning grew hotter. The trip down from the cache was more fun than the hike up. Thanks for a fun time!

We were in the general area for a short hike and decided it would be a good idea to get his one too. After the heat on a short downhill stretch from where we had been hiking it was delightfully cool along the creek. Thanks for getting us here.

Went up the hard way and found the trail in the draw along the way. The cache is in good shape. Left a trackable. TFTC.
