Stopped by today and picked up some bugs to move along.
After the last stop, and muggles at Spike Buck, it was good to make a find here and show we hadn't lost our geosense.

I had this solved early this morning, but we had an appointment we had to go to. Afterwards I saw that it had been found, so I took my time getting here. It wasn't as hot as I thought it was going to be. It was cloudy and there was a lot of haze in the air. I don't know if it was smoke or dust kicked up be the wind. I followed a faint trail straight to the cache. This was the quickest one of this series so far. I had forgotten to check the lock code, but I guessed it correctly on the first try. I left my usual items, signed the log, grabbed a couple of the TBs that Uncle Zed left, and then I let Bandit go down to the river to cool off. There was a family fishing down there, but they hadn't caught anything.

One other thing, one of the tags had lost it's paper ID's so the ones I grabbed I taped around with clear tape to keep it from happening again.
