A small cache hidden along the South Platte River Trail on another piece of automotive junk. Trail access is thru Adams County Regional Park or the new trail access and parking area off of Brighton Road. This is a scenic walk or bike ride thru the park past ;akes and along the South Platte River. Lots of wildlife and scenic views. The park and trail is open from sunrise to sunset and closed from sunset to sunrise.

Out on a bike ride on a nice summery day. Got the cache easy, but the ride back got a flat tire! Had to go 4 miles on a flat which was not fun.

I don't know why this structure is not worth saving, a little bondo and some paint...good as new. Seeing the hiding area, I made a quick estimate on where I suspected the cache to be hiding and my guess proved to be right. I am in Denver on business but finished work for the day. I grabbed some running cloths and made a bee-line to this area to have a go at the trails here before it got too dark.
