Found it easily after we parked on the first level and walked up to the second. Wouldn't you know it: one lone muggle was up here in his car, and he was whittling of all the odd things to do up here! Weird, I know. Here's hoping he doesn't take the cache.......SL. Took an eraser and left a marble. TFTH with the cool cache name!
