This cache was hidden in honor of my good friend and geocaching/hiking buddy, "w01f". I can't even begin to count how many adventures we have shared over the past years. It never seemed to matter what time it was, or how rough the terrain, we would get together and hike or ride miles to go after a newly published cache. Most of the time we were either 4-wheeling a forest road, wandering through some canyon, or climbing some peak, deep in the ANF and usually in the dark! We have shared some crazy FUN times together. I sure miss those hunts! Hope we can get together again soon my friend! Maybe you can make out here for this hike. It's a little different than odl Towsley Canyon, but it is pretty cool, as are the views!

Ha, I'm with the cache owner....I despise these hides! But, still I go....I should be institutionlized. Great hike, and view. Worth every step. Was in the area when this was jus a few months old on work but had no time. Then again in 17&18, so this trip I had to make it happen.
