This is a mid sized cache that is very conveniently located and accessible.  The location is technically parkway even though it may feel like you're in someone's front yard *adjacent property owners give permission for access*. It's only a couple steps off the sidewalk but not an obvious location. Look for an ash tree next to a yucca patch and you may have to look for something other than the container itself... This container has lots of fun goodies for trade and it's own pen for logging your find.  Feel free to add a note or a doodle once you discover this unique cache. Enjoy the beauty of Montclair's History Sixth Avenue Parkway and all it's flora while you're in the area.

Awesome idea! The last place I found a cache like this was in Gilroy, California on a road trip years ago. You have to be clever to hide in the city! TFTC.

Zipped out early, before the heat got a chance to take hold, and got a couple of new geocaches - this was the first of them. TN-LN-SL. Thanks !

What a delightful opportunity I had to meet the owners of this geocache at Ground Zero. The cache is very fun and creative. People will enjoy finding this one. Thanks for the hide

[FTF] 06-23-2020 at 2:17 pm. I thought for sure that someone would come over here and find this before I got up north. But I waited as long as I could until well, I couldn't wait any more. Twenty seven minutes later and I was pulling up to park. I walked over to the GZ and started looking. A difficulty 3 cache can be tricky. Looking and looking, no luck. I crossed the street and checked out a few more locations. Nope. Then I read the description again. Now something stuck in my head and I saw where I needed to be. The coords there were N39 43.544 W104 54.298. Sure enough, I found the well done cache. This seems like one that will last.
Thanks for a creative, well done cache!

I was super excited for a new cache less than a mile from my house but as the previous explorer said coordinates put you right in someone's front yard and not the parkway. I did a slight search of approx 13 ashes on the parkway in that general area and found an old Gatorade bottle stuffed in a knot and a plastic bag.... No cache. I am quite bummed

We haven't had much luck with new caches/new cachers lately and this was no exception. Coordinates put us in someone's front yard. We are looking forward an "AHA" as to where/what this geocache is!
