A beautiful area I did not know about! TFTC

Well, after two DNFs on jake92 caches on this trip, I was hoping to start a winning streak with this one. I drove fairly close to the cabin and made the nice hike into the cache coordinates from parking. Presto, I found this one! Perhaps my fortune is changing.

I've discovered in the past when searching for jake92 caches that my success rate, even after very thorough searches, is about 50%. On this trip I tried for 10 of his caches. This was the third of the 10. My cumulative "trip score", after this cache, is jake92--2; Denali41--1. jake92 is still winning this game.

We love mountain caches so we had to stop for this one. Interesting little homestead Cool ... wonder who stayed here ... and why!?!?!? Question Nice little hike to GZ and Mrs TE spotted the container right away. Good camouflage. Approve Would have liked to have a TB to drop off to add incentive for others to see the area, but alas our "larder" was empty. Frown

Thanks jake for another great cache. You always find interesting and gorgeous spots to place one. Approve Approve

Yep! ... another favorite!
