20 June 2023, 18:30 - 20:00

This event has been approved by HQ for the Maker Magic souvenir!
Let's talk Geocace quality!
We all know it matters, but have you stopped to think about what it might mean for different cache types? What defines quality for a Mystery can actually different than a Traditional or Letterbox!
We'll talk quality as it relates to Traditionals, Mysteries, Multis, Events, and Letterboxes, and Adventure Labs. We'll go over confirming good coordinates, determining a good hiding place, choosing the right container, writing a good description, including hints, using a Geochecker, rating the D/T of the cache, logs, swag, making the experience enjoyable, and getting those favorite points!
Whether you're a new or experienced hider, I'm hopeful there will be something thought provoking for everyone!
While I will be preparing and presenting talking points around these topic, I really want audience participation! Bring not only your questions, but bring your perspective, experience and opinions! I am certainly not the absolute expert on all these things, and I'm confident we'll have some wonderful hiders in attendance and I value their (your) input into the discussion!
We will be meeting at the Highlands Ranch Library, second floor, Room A. There are stairs and an elevator to access the second floor.
