Thanks to WingsAndTales for allowing us to plagiarize their puzzle theme.

Be sure to discover the US Navy Geocoin trackable on the container lid!
WingsAndTales have two military-themed caches in this area: Marine Corps Green (GC356G3) and Air Force Blue (GC34VHR). Being retired Navy, I felt kinda left out ! But, they were kind enough to allow us to follow the theme, and add a Navy puzzle.

The cache is not at the posted coordinates. You must solve the puzzle below to find it. You are looking for a mini decon kit about 4 feet off the ground.

Here's the puzzle:

Latitude:

Seaman, Senior Chief Petty Officer, Petty Officer Third Class, Seaman Apprentice, Seaman, Seaman, Chief Petty Officer

Longitude:

Admiral, Lieutenant Commander, Commander, Rear Admiral (Lower Half), zero, Commander, Ensign

Congratulations to SnailMan1 for the FTF !

Went up there to see if the aspen trees have turned color yet but they were just starting to. There was plenty of horse droppings on that old road. Only saw 1 other person up there. The cache was in good shape. TFTC.

Made a nice little loop finding the blue and green caches - perfect weather today and the scenery was great! Thanks for the puzzle and cache.

This one has been on my solved list for way too long. Billkat and I took an unconventional route into the area today but it mostly worked as planned. The lid of the container has been chewed by critters and some water got in. We dried out the log and put it in a fresh baggie. Hopefully the duct tape we added to the lid will keep it dry for a while. TFTC and go Air Force!

Quite a hike today with WingsAndTales. Only managed to acquire a few scrapes and bruises along the way. The caches up in the area are pretty lonely. Tftc!

!! No business in two years, then two of us in three days! (looked to me like the paper was dated 27; so I'm goin with that). I had a great walk up the valley on a gorgeous day- there was actually a snow line- with the trees higher up being bare; and those lower down so frosted over that miles of forest looked fake.
Onward from here to Army Green, & Green Mountain ! Tft?
